Travel Channels That Inspire Wanderlust

travelchannelsMr. Ben Brown, The Blonde Abroad, EX-PATS

From blogs to YouTube, SnapChat, Instagram and more, it’s easy to catch a case of wanderlust in this day and age. So much so, that sometimes it can feel that everyone and their grandmother is off on some grand adventure.

But the travel blogging/ vlogging community isn’t about sharing their adventures to put them on an unreachable pedestal. It’s quite the reverse.

The majority share with the world in an attempt to let us all know that if you want to travel the world and/ or live a different type of lifestyle, it can be done. Regardless of where you come from or what budget you may have, catching a case of wanderlust can be easily cured, if you are willing to take a little risk.

Five Vancouver Shops I Love

I admit it. I have a habit of frequenting the larger retail stores in the city – H&M, Forever 21, and ZARA are just a few of the stores I shop at regularly. But on occasion, I crave a different kind of experience.

It’s a hard question to answer, because despite both being Canadian cities, they are just so different. It’s a classic apples to oranges comparison.

Both cities boast some great attributes and both have a multitude of things I would change about them, but it’s easy to recognize three very distinct (and maybe somewhat obvious) qualities that truly show the difference between these two Canadian powerhouses.

Beer Guide for Beginners

Belgium beer

Belgium is a country after my own heart.

French fries (with mayonnaise nonetheless), waffles, chocolate and beer are just some of what the country is known for, and a few of the reasons I love it so.

But the beer, oh the beer – is what really stole my heart in Belgium.

Style Secrets: Favourite Hair Products

santorini

I have A LOT of hair and as much as I love my thick, blonde, curly tresses, my mane can be difficult to tame on a daily basis.

Because of that, I am always on the lookout for new products that are going to make styling easier and give my hair the longevity it needs to last a few days without too much work.
