Blogger Love: New Discoveries

What can I say about November… so long and good riddance!

The days got shorter and darker, the weather in Vancouver was pretty ‘Meh” and since I was participating in Sobevember, I couldn’t even have a drink to boost my spirits. Needless to say, I’m happy to put November behind me.

I will admit that the lack of happy hours and weekend drinks with friends did lead me to spend some more time at home (my wallet is very happy about that) which gave me a chance to discover some me bloggers that kept my wanderlust meter full through the dreary month of November:

Check out three of the female travel bloggers I discovered in November:

local wanderer

Local Wanderer

Taylor and Elaine of the Local Wanderer specialize in local, west coast travel. They advocate “Localism, not tourism- it’s kind of our thing” and their blog perfectly echoes that sentiment. From road trips to Whistler, coastal drives through Oregon and California, and countless stops in-between, these ladies will have you wanting to explore the treasures that await you in your own backyard.

Hopscotch the Globe

Looking for a travel blog with destination guides, tips and trick, beautiful photography,  a ton of fun videos and much, much more, well Kristen and Siya of Hopscotch the Globe have it all covered. This website is truly your one stop shop for anything and everything travel. If you want to inspire your wanderlust, and have a little cheeky fun in the process, Sarah is your go-to girl.

The Tourist of Life

Yvonne from The Tourist of Life is relatively new on the scene, but that hasn’t stopped her from producing some great content. She started her blog to turn her travels into stories, combining her two loves in one place: travel and writing. She has a great Instagram feed that highlights some of her beautiful photos, and she just landed in Vietnam, so check her out as she starts off on her most recent journey.
